1. Official Communication & Verification

Shreeji Packers and Movers operates only from the above-mentioned head office in Chandigarh.

2. Booking & Quotation

Quotations are provided after inspection (physical or virtual) of goods to be moved.
Prices are subject to change in case of additional items, changes in delivery location, or additional services requested.

3. Payments

Advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or upon delivery.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cash (with proper receipt).
No refunds are issued once the service has been initiated.

4. Insurance

Insurance for goods in transit is optional but highly recommended for valuable or fragile items.
In case of damage or loss, claims can only be processed if insurance is availed.

5. Packing & Handling

Our team takes utmost care during packing, loading, and unloading. However, we are not liable for damages to items not packed by our staff.
Items such as jewelry, cash, important documents, and perishable goods must not be included in the packing.

6. Delivery & Timelines

Estimated delivery time will be communicated at the time of booking. Delays due to weather, road conditions, or unavoidable circumstances are not the company’s responsibility.
Timely unloading is the responsibility of the receiver. Delays in unloading may attract additional charges.

7. Storage Services

If storage is required, additional charges apply based on duration and space.
Goods stored are the responsibility of the customer beyond the agreed storage period.

8. Disputes & Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of services provided by Shreeji Packers and Movers will be subject to Chandigarh jurisdiction only.
